The SB2024 is a compact mid-range pump with a 13.4-gallon capacity and 1 GPM flow rate, featuring Direct Drive Technology and a 15-foot hose with integrated handle controls for single-operator use. The Super Pump is the highest-capacity option with a 60-gallon capacity and independent dual applicators for maximum production rates.

Frequently Asked Questions

HTS pumps are calibrated for the viscosity and mix ratio of HTS polyurea products. Using third-party materials may result in off-ratio mixing, inconsistent cure, and equipment damage. For the best results and full warranty coverage, use HTS equipment with HTS materials.
The SB2024 can be powered by a standard generator or an optional lithium-ion power pack for cordless operation.
Flush the system with the recommended cleaning solvent after each use. Inspect seals, hoses, and mixing components regularly. Refer to the equipment manual for your specific pump model.
For small projects, hand-shaving with a razor scraper is adequate. For projects over a few thousand linear feet, the Power Shaver pays for itself in labor savings on the first job. It is especially valuable for contractors who do joint filling as a regular part of their business.
